Kyiv – Russian invasion forces continue to attempt to reach the administrative border of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions in eastern Ukraine – focusing their main efforts on offensive actions in the directions of Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdijivka, Marjinka and Shakhtarsk. “In the direction of Lyman, the enemy is trying to improve its tactical position,” the command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces says, noting that the Russian invasion army has carried out unsuccessful attacks on seven villages in the region.
