Three Czech ski jumpers advanced to the WC from the qualification

Planica (Slovenia) – All three Czech female ski jumpers advanced to the World Classic Skiing Championships in Planica from today's qualification to Thursday's race on the middle bridge. The trio of Klára Ulrichová, Karolína Indráčková and Anežka Indráčková ranked 36th to 38th and were among the top 40.

The longest jump was performed by Ulrichová, who registered 82.5 meters. Karolína Indráčková, who was the only Czech representative to score points in this season of the World Cup, jumped two meters less in worse conditions, her younger sister Anežka reached 82 meters.

Norwegian Anna Odine Strömová, the third woman, won the qualification of the SP standings, with a long jump of 99 meters ahead of Germany's Katharina Althaus, the second woman of the season. The leading woman in the SP ranking, Eva Pinkelnigová from Austria, was fifth with the same long jump as Strömová. Defending champion Ema Klinecová from Slovenia moved up from ninth place.
