TikTok officially lands in Argentina

The platform short videos for cell phones, the Chinese app TikTok, which was exponentially successful during the 2020 pandemic year and was the target of criticism from the Donald Trump government, made this Thursday the official announcement of his arrival in Argentina.

Aleph Holding, a global partner of the world’s main digital platforms, confirmed that the TikTok app selected IMS, a company part of the group with a presence in Latin America, as the exclusive partner of TikTok For Business in Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Peru to increase its presence for brands in the region.

With TikTok For Business, brands and marketers can tell stories and actively engage in a global community of 689 million users.

The local alliance with IMS is part of TikTok’s growth strategy, and its premise is to give brands and communication specialists innovative solutions that allow them engage with new audiences and grow your business.

For example, it will help connect advertisers from the region and train them on the best ways to use the platform to develop their brands and organizations.

J Balvin bets on TikTok

The Colombian singer and producer will offer a live concert this Sunday at 7 p.m. on his TikTok platform account, in which he will take a tour of some of his classics and will present songs from his new album “José”.

The new album of the musician that will be released this Friday, is made up of 24 songs and has the participation of figures such as Yandel, Ozuna, María Becerra, Karol G, Nicky Jam and Dua Lipa, among other.
