Prague – Four members of the Czech national team in water slalom will compete in the elimination races in kayak cross at the World Cup in Prague. Amálie Hilgertová, Tereza Fišerová, Jakub Krejčí and Vít Přindiš advanced to the round of 16 from the time trial in the qualification.

The twenty best went directly to the contact fights, then the 32 participants of the opening round were joined by representatives of countries that had not yet representation. Krejčí did the best, taking sixth place. Přindiš qualified from the eleventh position. Among the women, the tenth Hilgertová and the fourteenth Fišerová secured the promotion. Ondřej Tunka, Veronika Vojtová and Tereza Kneblová dropped out. Lukáš Rohan did not enter the qualification.
