Company involved in smuggling weapons to Yemen, the sale of Iranian oil, added to the blacklist, USA
The US imposed sanctions against 20 companies in Iraq and Iran. About it reports RBC-Ukraine with reference to “Radio Liberty”.
Since the sanctions imposed against 20 based in Iran and Iraq companies, and also against officials and others who are accused of supporting terrorist groups.
The U.S. Treasury Department declared shell companies, official dignitaries and business partners who provide support or act on behalf of the “revolutionary guards” in Iran and its branches abroad.
As well as that natural and legal persons of the person assisting the Iranian-backed terrorist groups in Iraq.
It is noted that the companies and individuals involved in smuggling weapons to Yemen, the sale of Iranian oil, added to the black list of the United States, the Syrian government’s propaganda efforts in Iraq, and the intimidation of the Iraqi politicians.
Recall that the U.S. implement a number of exceptions in the sanctions against Iran on the backdrop of the spread of coronavirus Covid-19 in this country. U.S. Secretary of state Michael Pompeo urged Iran to fully and transparently cooperate with the international relief organizations and health care.
As reported RBC-Ukraine, from the coronavirus has died, the former Iranian Ambassador to the Vatican, Hadi Khosrowshahi. On 26 February he was hospitalised in one of hospitals of Tehran. While undergoing tests, he was diagnosed with coronavirus. The next day, Khosrowshahi died.
