People planted in Japan in the port of Yokohama
From the cruise ship Diamond Princess, which was from February 3, quarantined due to the outbreak of coronavirus, evacuated all passengers and crew members. About it reports RBC-Ukraine with reference to the NHK.
Reportedly, people have landed in Japan in the port of Yokohama.
As noted, the members of the crew whose tests for coronavirus were negative, began to leave the ship as early as February 27. On the night of 2 March, Diamond Princess came ashore last 130 people.
All evacuees will spend two weeks in observation. People will be able to leave Japan when their tests for coronavirus will re-show the negative result.
According to the head of the Ministry of health of Japan Katsunobu Kato, one of the doctors who were on Board the ship, coronavirus infection has been identified, however, they will still be within two weeks of working from home. The ship also will now be disinfected and sent for maintenance.
We will remind, on Board the cruise ship were 25 Ukrainians who worked there. According to the chief of Department of management of crisis situations of the Department of consular service of the MFA of Ukraine Maksym Kovalenko, Ukrainian citizens are not going to evacuate to Ukraine.
In addition, the three Russian citizens who were on the cruise liner Diamond Princess confirmed infection with coronavirus.
