From the debut album Zaz, with which Isabelle Geffoyová became famous in 2010 and won praise from listeners and music critics for her musical achievement, the songs Les Passants (Passersby) and La Fée (Fairy) were heard, among others. Today, the singer and her band adapted the song Éblouie par la nuit (Dazzled by the night) and the megahit Je veux (I want) into a rockier form than in the original version on her debut, which the audience sang along with the artist.
From the album Sur la Route from 2015, the singer, who is also dedicated to supporting socially beneficial projects in the organization Zazimut, chose the song Si jamais j'oublie (If I ever forget) for the Prague concert and the song Avec son from her latest album from 2021 fr?re (With his brother). She also presented songs from the album Isa, on which Zaz collaborated with a Dutch producer with the stage name Reyn, to Czech fans last October at Prague's O2 universum.
Among the Czech and Slovak performers, Jana Kirschner and the musical group Zrní presented themselves on stage today. The band on the border between alternative and pop culture prepared a concert premiere of the visual for their new album Široko daleko, which they released this spring. Fans of electronic music could look forward to the German Moderat.
According to the organizers, this year's Metronome Prague offers eight separate stages with about 50 musical projects with over 300 artists. In addition to Zaz, the main musical stars of this year's festival include the British group Jamiroquai, White Lies, the French group M83 and the Norwegian singer Aurora. Metronome Prague also includes an accompanying program called Metronome Fair.
