Today Ukraine celebrates the Constitution Day.
Sunday, June 28, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has recorded a video message to the citizens on the occasion of Constitution Day. In it he called for respect for each other, as well as the Ukrainian legislation, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to Country.
The relevant footage he published on Facebook.
“For me to protect Ukraine? The simple answer is to protect every Ukrainian. And that the constitutional rights of the citizen are tips on how to do it. We must learn to respect each other’s rights”, — stated in the message.
Zelenski also said that “it is necessary to understand that the circle of your rights cannot infringe on the rights of another person. We must respect the law and not to compete with wits, how can it be circumvented.”
We will remind, today in Ukraine celebrates a national holiday in honor of the fact that 24 years ago the country gained its own Constitution.
