Scientists from the National Cancer Institute in Milan pointed out that antibodies to the virus were already in patients who were being treated by that date. The Chinese regime informed the WHO on the last day of 2019

The Chinese regime did everything possible so that the truth did not come out . The systematic cover-up that Beijing ordered about the emergence of a SARS- like virus in the city of Wuhan, Hubei, led to a crucial delay in treatment and alarms to prevent the spread of the Sars-CoV-2 coronavirus that causes the COVID disease. -19 and that has already killed more than 1,300,000 people worldwide . The government led by Xi Jinping denies the allegations and says it informed the World Health Organization (WHO) on time about the killer strain. However, the timing of the hermetic Chinese administration appears to be different from what the evidence shows.
The coronavirus has been circulating in Italy since September 2019 , according to a study by the National Cancer Institute (INT) of the city of Milan , which indicates that COVID-19 could have spread outside of China earlier than previously thought. The WHO has said that Sars-CoV-2 and COVID-19 , the respiratory disease it causes, were unknown before the outbreak was first reported in Wuhan , central China, last December.
Italy’s first COVID-19 patient was identified on February 21 in a small town near Milan in the northern region of Lombardy . However, according to the data collected by scientists, the virus that originated in China had been circulating in the country long before. Findings by Italian researchers, published by the Tumori Journal , show that 11.6% of 959 healthy volunteers enrolled in a lung cancer screening trial between September 2019 and March 2020 , had developed antibodies to the coronavirus long before February. .

The University of Siena carried out another test for specific antibodies against the virus for the same investigation entitled “ Unexpected detection of antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 in the pre-pandemic period in Italy ”. The study showed that four cases dating back to the first week of October were also positive for antibodies that neutralize the virus , implying that they were infected in September, Giovanni Apolone , a co-author of the study, told Reuters .
” This is the main finding: people without symptoms not only tested positive after serological tests, but also had antibodies capable of killing the virus, ” said Apolone . “It means that the new coronavirus can circulate among the population for a long time and with a low fatality rate not because it is disappearing but only to re-emerge, ” he added.
Italian researchers told Reuters in March that they reported a higher-than-usual number of severe pneumonia and flu cases in Lombardy in the last quarter of 2019 , a sign that the coronavirus may have circulated earlier than previously thought.
Chain of concealments
According to a revelation from The New York Times Last August, the leadership of the Communist Party went for weeks without knowing what was really happening and ignoring the possible devastating effects of the virus . Those responsible for withholding this information were local soldiers from Wuhan City and Hubei Province, where the outbreak originated.
According to the US media, this new information is consistent with reports by news organizations and with expert evaluations of the country’s opaque system of government. It is common for local officials to withhold information from Beijing for fear of retaliation. The assessment adds perspective and context to the actions , as well as the inaction, that made the current global crisis possible.

All the revelations suggest that, nevertheless, President Xi Jinping and other senior officials knew the dangers of the new coronavirus at an early stage and still strove to hide them. The report released by the Times , originally released in June, has classified and unclassified sections, and is the result of a consensus between the CIA and other intelligence agencies on the matter.
The report does not rule out the idea that Communist Party officials withheld important information from the world. Rather, it states that while they were struggling to obtain data from the military in central China’s provinces, senior officials in Beijing played a role in concealing the outbreak by withholding information from the World Health Organization (WHO).
During this dark time, the regime also worked to silence the voices of doctors who wanted to alert the population and the authorities about what was happening. The case of Li Wenliang is perhaps the most emblematic . The health professional informed colleagues that a new virus similar to SARS was wreaking havoc in the population and that there was no further data or prevention on the subject. He was punished by Beijing, censored and ostracized. In between, he contracted COVID-19 and died .
Since the beginning of the Sars-CoV-2 outbreak, the regime led by Xi Jinping has insisted on hiding information and trying to keep the government’s image of efficiency afloat. It did not matter to him that it could cost the lives of hundreds of thousands of people around the planet.
