All those born between 1952 and 1981 (inclusive) who have still not received an appointment for a jab will be inoculated on Monday in Almuñécar.
Be aware that this is only for Almuñécar residents; ie, those on the Almuñécar Registration list; this obviously includes those from La Herradura because they belong to the same municipality.
There was a similar call put out in February for those in their late 70s or in their 80s, explained Counselor Maria del Carmen Reinoso.
The inoculations will take place on Monday the 5th at the Municipal Sports Stadium between 09.00h and 14.00h. The vaccine that will be administered is Janssen.

“The vaccine used in this open, vaccination drive will be Janssen, which only requires the one jab, ”explained the councilor, adding,“ it will be on a first come; first served basis until stocks are used up. “
Editorial comment: it is best to get there as soon as possible instead of thinking, I’ll wait for the rush to die down, because there is a strong possibility that there will be no vaccines left before 14.00h comes along. On the other hand, perhaps there are very few people who have not been vaccinated yet, so the vaccines available should be enough.
