American artists during the quarantine may receive grants without the tedious process of application.
In the U.S. artists can win $ 5,000 and they do not even need to arrange an incredible show to prove his talents. Created by a consortium of nonprofit organizations, Foundation for artists will be distributed grants to authors affected by the economic downturn because of the pandemic coronavirus. The outbreak was particularly devastating for the sector of art and culture – almost all the artists suddenly lost their sources of income.

The package of emergency assistance has an initial amount of $ 10 million. They will distribute 2000 grantees. “You don’t need to download anything else – any documents or samples of work. We just need to give information about their artistic activities without making a large package of documents”, – said the representatives of the Fund. Grants will only give the authors practicing in the United States.
