“During times when I suffered from depression, the gym became my best friend – and I know that is the case for a lot of people,” he explained. “You can go to the gym to eliminate toxins and regain some clarity; leaving. &Ccedithas not solved the problem, but &ccedithas helped”.
And help, Dwayne Johnson knows that everyone needs it and that we must dare to ask for it. A gesture that is still difficult to do for many men. “As guys we tend to do not ask for help.
