Citroën formalizes the details and video of its all-new ë-C4, version 100% electric new sedan C4.

A few days ago, the Citroën formalizes its new sedan C4, which will be available in thermal (i.e. gas and diesel), but also with an all-new engine 100% electric. The objective here is to allow the buyer of the new C4 to choose the engine efficient and powerful that best meets its needs.
Citroën ë-C4 : the same, in electrical
In the same way as Peugeot with the new 208, Citroën decided to offer three engines distinct to his new C4. In regards to the electric version, or the ë-C4, Citroën confirms the presence on board of a block of 100 kW, or the equivalent of 136 horsepower (and 260 Nm of torque). The manufacturer promises a battery life of 350 km through a battery of 50 kWh, and a ë-C4 capable of going 0 to 100 km/h in 9,7 seconds.
A Citroën C4, more customizable than ever (31 associations of shades and Packs Color and 6 atmospheres), without forgetting a wide selection of breasts, but also a new front, LED lighting Vision, a front bumper with a lower valance flat black, the Airbumps, a sloping rear windscreen… in short, an all-new Citroën C4.
As regards the declension electric, Citroen promises a perfect silent operation, which is coupled to the softness of the suspensions house seats and Advanced Comfort. The ë-C4 also provides a service Brake for amplifying the deceleration of the vehicle without pressing the brake pedal to increase the autonomy. This system thus allows a recovery of the available energy during braking and deceleration.
Citroën also confirmed that the battery of its new ë-C4 is guaranteed 8 years or 160 000 km, and 70% of its charge capacity. In this regard, on a charger 100kW, the battery back to 80% in 30 minutes. The house, on a decision-16A Green Up, it takes 15 hours for a full charge, and 24 hours on a standard household outlet.
