She has decided. This Tuesday, the High Authority for Transparency in Public Life (HATVP) “notes the absence of breach” in the declarations of Agnès Pannier-Runacher
The HATVP had opened an investigation seven days ago into the Minister for Energy Transition Agnès Pannier-Runacher, after information from Disclose revealing that her children had shares in a company whose funds are partly domiciled in tax havens.

“False and slanderous allegations”
