M.ith a parliamentary question to the state government, the Hessian FDP wants to investigate the suspicion of political influence on the appeal process for the wind turbines planned on the Taunus ridge. “The two green ministers Tarek Al-Wazir and Priska Hinz are increasingly finding it difficult to explain,” says parliamentary group leader René Rock.
He is responding to an assessment by the renowned Wiesbaden lawyer for white collar crime, Alfred Dierlamm. This shows that those responsible in the ministries for the economy and the environment could have committed a criminal offense under certain circumstances (FAZ of September 3). “That would make the scandal even bigger,” says Rock. As reported, the regional council had rejected the building application of the Wiesbaden utility company ESWE for reasons of monument, species and drinking water protection. On the other hand, the company sued with success.
