This Thursday held the Theme Breakfast “Amazon; Effective Export Tool for Dominican Products”, an activity that brought together various Creole merchants and experts in the field.
It was at the AIRD Business Tower where the Dominican Association of Exporters (Adoexpo), together with the Association of Industries of the Dominican Republic (AIRD) and the General Directorate of Customs (DGA) presented the opportunities to increase international trade offered by exporting via Amazon and from any platform for the benefit of Dominican industrial companies.

“These changes and transformations have a lot to do, precisely, with the intensification of the use of information technology, the Internet of things, the flexibility and agility to adapt to the disruptions typical of volatility of the world, and not least the way we should do things”, said Mena.
With the presentation of different slides, experts in the field advised Dominican merchants how to do to market “better” the productsof the country on relevant platforms at the international level.
As the activity program continued, the General Directorate of Customs offered all the necessary support that companies may need to guide them in their learning process, training and facilities to export their products via Amazon.
So, the holder of that institution, Eduardo Sanz Lovatón, expressed The initiative seeks to encourage Dominican companies to export more and use the facilities provided by the government through the DGA and other public institutions to publicize their products abroad.
Furthermore , the official stated that with this type of activity it intends to internationalize through exports and create brands that represent the Dominican Republic as a country brand, as is the case of other companies that have already achieved it.
