According to Infante, the actress would have had to pay him 374,000 Mexican pesos, and since she did not want to pay the compensation, the presenter assured that he could seize it. Gustavo Adolfo mentioned on several occasions that he did not want the money for himself, but that he would give it to an association for children with cancer.

However, another twist occurred due to the statements of the headline of Sale el Sol about the alleged embargo, since the CDMX Judiciary intervened in a request from the actress so that gender-based violence would not continue. “Well, my love, to justice, and to some excellent lawyers, for which I am very grateful to Sergio Mayer, because freedom of expression is one thing and defaming and insulting a woman and transgressing her as he he did against me, so there was verbal violence, so we should now be very careful with freedom of expressionbecause this affects a family, it affects a minor who is my 13-year-old son, so at some point I said ‘what’s up’”, he said.

There comes a time when he scares you, because they can’t attack in this way, that’s enough ”.

Gaby assured that she was not as Infante has described her and thanked former deputy Sergio Mayer for his support in reaching a positive resolution in her case: “I am a woman recognized in the world for my work, for the things I do, I am not an ogre as this man has painted me and that is not valid”, said the 48-year-old actress.
