J-POP Manga announces the arrival in Italy of IJIRANAIDE, NAGATORO -SAN (Don’t toy with me Miss Nagatoro), the work of Nanashi who conquered Japan.
The first volume of the manga will be released during the autumn, although at the moment the publishing house has not yet revealed a precise date. But that’s not the only news announced by the company. In fact, it will be released in September a special edition for the eleventh volume of Hanako-kun and the 7 Mysteries of the Kamome Academy, containing the color book as a tribute Ghost Hotel’s Cafe Picture Book and a variant cover.

Milan, August 16, 2021 – As part of the social activity “Homework for the holidays for Otaku“On Sunday 15th August and Monday 16th August, J-POP Manga made two surprise announcements:
IJIRANAIDE, NAGATORO -SAN (Don’t toy with me Miss Nagatoro) by Nanashi.
The original manga phenomenon that has conquered Japan and Italy, thanks also to the successful animated series broadcast on Crunchyroll, finally lands in Italy! Published at home by the publisher Kodansha, the manga series Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san it is currently underway and has 11 volumes.
It will be available in Italy for J-POP Manga in Autumn 2021.
Synopsis
Naoto Hachioji is an otaku high school student, passionate about art and completely reluctant to establish relationships with his peers. He lives a monotonous and quiet everyday life, until the meeting in the library with the youngest companion Hayase Nagatoro totally upsets his life. Nagatoro is exactly the opposite of him: good at sports, sociable, surrounded by friends and energetic, but above all… rather sadistic! Thus begins the relationship of this unlikely couple, with Nagatoro who will devote himself to tirelessly torment his “Senpai”, at first in a cruel and winking way, but hiding with less and less success a genuine interest in the boy, who thanks to this ruthless “training” will unconsciously find itself coming out of its shell more and more …
Hanako-kun and the 7 Mysteries of the Kamome Academy: Special edition with variant cover and extra album for volume 11 to be released in September
The second surprise announcement will make fans of the series happy Hanako-kun and the 7 Mysteries of Kamome Academy, currently one of the most successful in the publisher’s catalog.
J-POP Manga has indeed announced through its social channels that volume 11of the series, due out in September, will be available in a special edition containing:
- Hanako-kun and the 7 Mysteries of Kamome Academy 11 with cover variant, available only in this edition;
- the Ghost Hotel’s Cafe Picture Book: a 32-page color book, with two short unpublished stories and a reportage that tells the secrets of the temporary Ghost Hotel’s Cafe in Tokyo and Osaka.
The special and regular edition will be available at the same time in the comic store, bookshop and Online Store.
