The omicron variant and the increase in the number of infections in Los Angeles caused the Grammy Awards, the most renowned in the world of music, to move to Las Vegas, and the big date has arrived: everything ready in the city of sin for the celebration.
In addition to the usual flow of tourists and students enjoying their spring break along the well-known Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Street, on this sunny Sunday there is the addition of various lights and signs that remind us that the 64th edition of the Grammy is today at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
A venue with capacity for almost 17,000 spectatorsand that will welcome some awards that do not have clearly defined winners in the four main categories: best song of the year, best recording, album of the year and best new artist.
