During the month of October, Square Enix and Eidos Montreal will launch the new title set in the Marvel universe, this time starring the Guardians of the Galaxy. As the release date approaches, the developers are giving information about the title. This time Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Creative Director explains why Star-Lord is the only playable character.
It was thanks to an interview with the medium VG24 / 7 where the creative director of the title, Jean-François Dugas, has spoken about making the decision to only give control of the leader of the Guardians to the users, instead of letting the other members of the group test. The explanation is that, although they understand that users believe that it is a strange decision, it serves to put the players in the role of leader, and having to decide in many moments thinking as if you were the same Star-Lord, apart from experiencing teamwork among all first-hand.
