The shortage of certain drugs is taking hold in France. It now extends to amoxicillin, one of the most prescribed antibiotics in France, especially for children, forcing the health authorities to take emergency action. These require in particular rationing, limiting the quantity that every pharmacy can order, and also calls doctors and patients to only use these antibiotics if necessary. Because, they have no interest against the bronchiolitis epidemic, of viral origin, which is currently raging in France, for example.
