The return of My Chemical Romance to the stage and the current conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic have intensified rumors about the visit of the American band to Mexico, since before the leak of the alleged Hell and Heaven cartel, < b>It had been speculated that the group made up of Gerard Way, Mikey Way, Ray Toro and Frank Iero would be one of the bands that would headline the Corona Capital festival.

Last Saturday night Through digital platforms, the image of the possible poster for the Hell and Heaven festival was disseminated, which on previous occasions has been held during the month of December at the Foro Pegaso in Toluca, State of Mexico. /p>
In said poster the name My Chemical Romance appeared next to great bands such as Slipknot, Ghost, Megadeth, Apocalyptica, among others. However, and despite the excitement generated by the return of hitmakers such as Helena or Welcome To The Black Paradee, the rumor about their participation in the festival < i>Hell and Heaven was not to the liking of the Mexican public, since Internet users argued that after more than 10 years of waiting, they deserve their own show.

Although it has not yet been confirmed whether My Chemical Romance will return to the country at the Hell and Heaven festival, at the Corona Capital or at a show of their own, their fans are already preparing the black eyeliners, the tubed pants and the studs to see live again that band that marked an entire generation in Mexico thanks to its incomparable successes and influence on the emo movement.
At the beginning of the first decade of the 2000s in Mexico, the emo movement gained great relevance and was positioned as one of the most popular fashions among adolescents in the country. With long bangs, skull or star prints, black clothes and deep makeup, suddenly, the self-styled emos became a reflection of urban culture, transcending even in programs like La Rosa Guadalupe or being the protagonists of controversies such as the famous confrontations in the Glorieta de Insurgentes.
