In recent weeks, Israel has faced high infection rates due to the outbreak of the mutant delta, which prompted it on July 29 to impose the health certificate called the “green badge”, which allows fully vaccinated people to enter prohibited places, as well as the case for those who have recently recovered from the disease or who have Tests result in negative.
