As part of its upcoming releases, Amazon Prime Video will add to its content catalog Nine perfect strangers next August 20. The series stars Nicole Kidman in the title role and is directed by David E. Kelley. In fact, this is not the first time that the Hollywood star has worked with the director: the two had a successful collaboration in Big little lies, a production that earned positive reviews after its arrival on HBO.

Now, the duo returns with a new tangle of events in a project that is shaping up to be one of the most addictive on the aforementioned streaming platform. The director of the venue, Masha, is in charge of watching over them during this 10-day retreat and is on a mission to revitalize their tired minds and bodies. Soon they participate in different and strange forms of therapy. Although at first it all seems like a normal experience, these nine “perfect” strangers have no idea what they are about to witness.
