If you want to live a healthy life, you need to consider a number of factors — a healthy diet, supplying the body with essential vitamins, nutrients. Physical activity should be an integral part of everyday life. But how much exercise is actually recommended? The Robert Koch Institute (Germany) recommends that for adults 30 minutes of physical activity five days a week. Many people think that it can’t be combined with their routine life and office work. This is a misconception.

Physical activity helps to reduce the risk of diseases: cardiovascular, diabetes, obesity, tumors, mental disorders, poor functioning of the musculoskeletal apparatus. For many, this decision can not be combined with daily work, although it maintains the health in the long term and significantly reduces the risk of death.
The courage to take the initiative
Be it lack of time or lack of opportunity at work — there are many things you can do to exercise and maintain health in the long term. Spending lunch break in the building? Wrong. You should use the time for walks in the fresh air, shake the body.
“There are a lot of alternatives in nutrition — healthy food can be cooked several days ahead, stock up on nuts and dried fruits that are easy to eat sitting at your Desk”, — reports the edition Fit For Fan.
