Ingredients:
– 1 onion;
– 500 g mushrooms;
– 200 g of sour cream
– a bunch of dill.
Recipe stuffing with mushrooms:
1. Small cubes cut onion.
2. Mushrooms, rinse thoroughly, grate them on a coarse grater or cut into cubes.
3. In vegetable oil fry onions until transparent, add the chopped mushrooms.
4. When the frying pan will evaporate all the juice, pepper, salt and add seasonings to taste.
5. Fry the vegetables for about three minutes, then add 200 grams of sour cream, stew the mixture for about three minutes.
6. In the end, add a small bunch of chopped dill.
In addition to the mushrooms, you can add rice, eggs, cheese or chicken.

Ingredients:
– 300 g of cod liver, or chicken hearts;
– 1 carrot;
– 1 onion;
– butter.
Recipe liver stuffing
1. Cut into strips 300 grams of chicken or any other liver or heart.
2. On a grater grate one carrot and cut into half rings onion.
3. In a pan heat oil, add vegetables and fry a little.
4. Put the vegetables aside and sauté until browned liver. At the end of cooking, season with salt and pepper.
5. Prepared products mix and chop through meat grinder or blender. If the mass obtained rather dry, add a bit of butter.

Ingredients:
– 1 medium carrot;
– 1 medium onion;
– 300 g of minced meat;
– rice, mushrooms, eggs.
The recipe of stuffing from minced meat
1. Slice one medium carrot and a medium onion.
2. Pour into the pan vegetable oil. When it warms up put the vegetables and fry them.
3. Then add to the pan the ground beef and mash it with a spoon so that no lumps.
4. The resulting mixture add salt, pepper and fry for up to ten minutes.
5. If desired, the stuffing can add a little tomato paste or cream, but be sure that all excess liquid has evaporated.
6. To the mince add pre-cooked rice, fried mushrooms, or boiled eggs.
