Filling for pancakes with cottage cheese and raisins

Pancakes with curd and raisins

Ingredients:
– 300 g curd mass;
– 100 g of raisins;

How to cook a filling of cottage cheese and raisins:

1. Raisins wash and put for some minutes in hot water.

2. Cottage cheese mix with raisins.

Optional instead of raisins you can add dried apricots, cinnamon, kiwi and nuts.

Filling for pancakes with bananas

Banana pancakes

Ingredients:
– 3 banana;
– 70 g of butter;
– half lemon;
– 2 tablespoons of sugar.

How to make stuffed bananas:

1. Mash bananas with a fork until smooth.

2. Squeeze half of the lemon juice to the mixture of bananas.

3. Heat the butter and beat with sugar until dissolved.

4. Connect with banana mass. Paremata pancakes and fold a triangle.

Pancakes with apples

Ingredients:
– 4 apples;
– 50 g of powdered sugar;
– 50 g milk chocolate;
– 15 ml of water.

How to prepare Apple filling:

1. Apples peel and remove the core. Cut into small pieces.

2. In a saucepan pour the water, and when it boils, apples and sugar cook for 5-7 minutes.

3. When the apples become soft, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

4. Palamite chocolate into pieces and mix with the syrup.

5. Start sweet Apple pancakes sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Filling for pancakes with oranges

Pancakes with oranges

Ingredients:
– 5 oranges,
– 2 tbsp sugar
– black chocolate.

How to cook a stuffed oranges:

1. Peel the oranges peeled, leaving only the pulp.

2. Mix the oranges with the sugar, and heat for 10 minutes in the pan, evaporating the unwanted liquid.

3. When the filling is ready, put it on the pancakes and sprinkle with grated chocolate or maple syrup.
