This week there will be a new PlayStation Showcase focused on PS5, where fans of the Tokyo company will expect to hear news about games like Horizon: Forbidden West or even the next God of War 2. Although there will be room for third party games such as Forspoken, from Square Enix.
Made by Ella Balinska, actress from Charlie’s Angels, the open-world RPG formerly known as Project Athia is one of the most mysterious and anticipated titles in the PlayStation 5 catalog in 2022. And with just a few days to go before this PlayStation Showcase takes place focused on console games, the actress who plays Frey Holland in the game anticipates news for shortly on his Instagram account.
“Forspoken content pending …”says the actress in the post, which could be translated as “pending content from Forspoken.” A message that hints at upcoming news about the game, with a PlayStation digital event set for this Thursday, September 9 at 10:00 PM (CEST). Although the game may make an appearance in another event completely different. Although the company has not advanced names, Forspoken would be one of the clear candidates to appear during its broadcast, either with a new gameplay or with its release date. For now, Forspoken is expected to debut early 2022, for both PC and PS5. A project so ambitious that, says Square Enix, they want to offer the highest graphic quality ever seen in an open world.
