An attempted robbery of the Brinks company in Villa Alemana -Valparaíso region- left 7 people arrested.
Under the company there was a 200-meter tunnel that connected to the vaults of the place with a neighboring house in the sector.
The detainees have domiciles in the Metropolitan region.

The event occurred early this Sunday when they were activated the alarm systems of the company Brinks of Villa Alemana.
Notice was given to police officers of the commune who were constituted in the place. Upon arrival, and after an operation deployed, they managed to arrest 7 people for attempted robbery.
Colonel Rodrigo Ortiz of the Marga Marga Prefecture, provided background information on the incident and declared that at the time of making the On-site investigations revealed a 200-meter tunnel that connected the company with a neighboring house.
Regarding the automobiles, the officer specified that at first glance they are adulterated license plates, information that is under investigation to be corroborated.
At the formalization hearing, from the Public Prosecutor’s Office, prosecutor Víctor Otero requested the extension of the detention of the defendants to gather more information on the responsibility of the accused.
The public defense attorney, Nicoll Rojas, requested that the detention be declared illegal and provided further background on the matter. One of them is that there is no connection that this vehicle was involved in the cause of the frustrated robbery.
The Guarantee Court of Villa Alemana decreed the extension of detention, and magistrate Ignacio Adana ordered the admission of all the accused as detainees to the Valparaíso Penitentiary Complex.
