Leading employee of the Phobos Weather Center, Yevgeny Tishkovets, announced the possibility of the first frost in the regions of Russia next week.
As the meteorologist said on Wednesday, September 1, on Instagram, the zone of the first focal frosts may affect certain areas of Karelia, Murmansk, Leningrad, Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Tver, Novgorod, Kostroma regions, as well as the Komi Republic.
