A 20-year-old man appeared Thursday before the court in La Roche-sur-Yon (Vendé;e), for violence committed in the village of La Roche-sur-Yon. against a drug dealer. On November 27, he was in a fast-food restaurant and asked; to another man if he had cannabis. After a positive response, the two men were isolated. But instead of paying for his order, the defendant pulled out a “Gomm knocks” rubber bullets, reports Ouest-France.

He had fired; on the dealer’s shoulder, two or three meters away. Then the young man fled. in the car of a couple who were waiting for him.

The victim had been killed. rescue service. The defendant was finally arrested. arrested two days later at following a police check and a chase. Several other weapons were discoveries in his vehicle. According to the regional daily, the prosecution has raised “Extreme impulsiveness and the dangerousness” of the defendant.

The latter was finally condemned to thirty-six months in prison, eighteen of which with a probationary reprieve of two years. He returned in jail.
