15 years must pass in jail a man who raped a minor in the commune of Quellón, Los Lagos region, this after the decision of the Oral Criminal Court of Castro.
To a sentence of 15 years in prison effective, a man was sentenced for the crime of rape committed against a minor in Quellón, Los Lagos region.
The decision was made known by the < strong>Castro’s Oral Criminal Court, once the prosecution process against the now condemned man has concluded.
The prosecutor in the case, Karyn Alegría, pointed out that the Judiciary accepted the request for criminal punishment against the perpetrator of the aggression is sexual towards a girl.
