To a sentence of 15 years in prison effective, a man was sentenced for the crime of rape committed against a minor in Quellón, Los Lagos region.
The decision was made known by the < strong>Castro’s Oral Criminal Court, once the prosecution process against the now condemned man has concluded.
The prosecutor in the case, Karyn Alegría, pointed out that the Judiciary accepted the request for criminal punishment against the perpetrator of the aggression is sexual towards a girl.
In this sense, the persecutor highlighted the nature of the criminal punishment achieved in this process, based on the seriousness of the facts that the subject was accused of.
