Two-time Emmy Award winner Kirstie Alley featured in TV series ;see Cheers, passed away as a result of cancer. the 71-year-old announced his family on Monday. “We are sad to inform you that our amazing, hard-working and loving mother has passed away after a battle with cancer, which was only to be remembered. discovered that recently” his children Lillie Price Stevenson and William True Stevenson, in a statement; published on Twitter.
“Our mother’s spirit and passion for life, her children, her grandchildren and her many animals, not to mention her eternal joy of creating, were unmatched. and leave us inspired to live life to the full as she did,” they add.

Kirstie Alley had played; in the 1989 romantic comedy Hello Mommy Here Baby– as well as in its two sequels – alongside John Travolta. He paid tribute to; the actress on Monday night, posting a photo of Kristie Alley as a young woman on Instagram. “ Kirstie was one of the most special relationships I have ever had, said Kirstie. Kirstie Alley was best known for her role as Rebecca Howe on the NBC series Cheers, about life as a Boston bar regular, for which she received the Emmy for Best Actress in a Leading Role in a Comedy Series in 1991.
She received a second Emmy for her portrayal of a mother raising her autistic son on her own, in the film madness released in 2020.
