The investigators of the unité damage to the property of the national police of Perpignan launch an appeal in order to identify the possible victims of attacks committed in November. The facts occurred in the city center of the Pyrenees-Orientales prefecture, in the area of Place Arago and the judicial court.
The procedure is still the same. A person comes from behind and strangles his victims before stealing their phone or other personal belongings. The assaults generally took place in the early morning.
