With his third victory in Spain at Zuera in the last round of the FIA Karting European Championship, Andrea Kimi Antonelli with team KR Motorsport by Dino Chiesa, on KR-Iame-MG, he won the European title in the OK category after the previous victories in France in Essay and in Italy in Sarno. Andrea Kimi Antonelli dominated the Spanish event and for the second consecutive time was able to win the European Championship after the success obtained last year, again in OK.
Among the other best Italian drivers competing in Zuera, Alfio Andrea Spina finished eighth with Team Parolin on Parolin-TM Racing, Edoardo Ludovico Villa (Exprit Racing / Exprit-Vortex) finished ninth at the end of a comeback of 18 locations. Among the best with the 15th place also Brando Badoer (Parolin Motorsport / Parolin-TM Racing). Villa finished eighth in the championship, Spina 13th, Badoer 18th, Luigi Coluccio 20th with Kosmic Racing Departement. In OK-Junior Matteo De Palo (KR Motorsport / KR-Iame) in Zuera was 12th.
