The Covid-19 virus disease has claimed a total of 3,718 lives in Lithuania.
1040 Covid-19 patients are currently being treated in hospitals, 99 of whom are in intensive care units, and 52 patients require artificial ventilation. Oxygen masks are used to treat 889 patients.
According to the Department of Statistics, the 14-day cumulative number of infections per 100,000 population on April 14 in Lithuania is 471.3.
A total of 508,983 people have been vaccinated against Covid-19 in Lithuania, including 193,007 people who have also received a second dose of the vaccine.
Meanwhile, 5010 analyzes were performed in Estonia last day, thus the proportion of positive tests was 11%. A total of 1,209,128 tests were performed in the country to detect infection with the new coronavirus.
The total number of confirmed infections in Estonia has reached 115,629, and 65,997 people have a confirmed recovery.
A total of 1,057 people died in Estonia from Covid-19.
