You have a iPhone 12 And do you feel that sometimes you have glitches with your audio? Relax, you are not alone. Manzana finally admitted that a “very small percentage” of these cell phones suffer from this problem, and the good news is that they are willing to repair them at no cost.
Specifically, this problem only affects the iPhone 12 standard, that is, its variants with the iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max they are not affected by this. In accordance with Manzana, models manufactured between October 2020 and April 2021 are more prone to this failure, which is linked to a component in the interior module.
“If your iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 Pro does not output sound from the receiver when you make or receive calls, you may be eligible for the service.”
