INTERVENTION The young man with multiple fractures was in absolute emergency

An employee of an elderly carpentry company 19 years old was victim of a serious accident at his place of work in Saint-Germain-des-Fossés (Allier), this Monday afternoon. The young temporary worker was crushed by plywood plates; fallen from a forklift; says The Mountain. Despite multiple fractures caused by the pieces of wood, he did not lose consciousness.
The emergency services were warned. The firefighters and the Smur were dispatched to the site from Vichy (Allier). The victim was medical care then helicopter transported to Clermont-Ferrand University Hospital (Puy-de-Dôme). His condition was then qualified as absolutely urgent. A gendarmerie investigation was carried out. open to determine the circumstances in which the young man was seriously injured.

The Smur doctors also provided health care; two other employees present at the time of the events, which allegedly took place during a handling operation. The latter were indeed in a state of shock after having attended the to the scene. On the other hand, they have not been hospitalized.
