ASSAULT Prime suspect to be charged with “aggravated willful assault”

A judicial inquiry has been made. open after the assault the bladed weapon of the security guard of a discotheque of Rodez (Aveyron) in the night of Saturday to; last Sunday, announced this Wednesday the public prosecutor of Aveyron, Nicolas Rigot-Muller. An elderly suspect of 40 years has been arrested, reports Centre Presse Aveyron.
Judicial review
According to the first elements of the investigation, the suspect wouldn’t appreciate it to see his companion ousted from the nightclub by the security guard that evening. He would then have brought her a stab wound to the right side. The victim was prescribed 7 days of ITT after being rescue.

Unknown until now; of justice, the forty-year-old was placed under judicial control and will have to answer for “aggravated voluntary violence”. His wife in her thirties was also placed under judicial supervision after having been heard by the investigators.
