Alcohol consumption is linked to 4% of all new cancer cases worldwide recorded last year, according to a study published in the journal The Lancet Oncology. Men represent more than three quarters of cases related to alcohol consumption, and one in 7 cases is related to moderate consumption of about two drinks a day.
