She has decided. This Tuesday, the High Authority for Transparency in Public Life (HATVP) “notes the absence of breach” in the declarations of Agnès Pannier-Runacher
The HATVP had opened an investigation seven days ago into the Minister for Energy Transition Agnès Pannier-Runacher, after information from Disclose revealing that her children had shares in a company whose funds are partly domiciled in tax havens.

“False and slanderous allegations”
According to the investigative media Disclose, the minister’s children are associated with this company. French, not mentioned on the minister’s declaration of interests.
