PUGLIA
There are 198 new coronavirus infections in Puglia according to today’s bulletin, 29 August. Also recorded another death. 10,156 daily tests performed, 4,683 people currently positive. 241 hospitalized in non-critical area, 25 patients in intensive care. 263,229 total cases since the beginning of the pandemic, 3,259,637 the total number of tests performed, 251,843 people healed, 6,703 those who died.
TUSCANY
There are 528 new coronavirus infections in Tuscany according to today’s bulletin, 29 August. Also recorded 2 other deaths. 14,296 tests carried out, of which 8,749 molecular swabs and 5,547 rapid tests. The rate of new positives is 3.69% (7.5% on first diagnoses). The vaccines currently administered are 4,802,244.
The total number of cases since the beginning of the pandemic rises to 270,534. New cases are 0.2% more than the previous day’s total. The healed grew by 0.2% and reached 251,949 (93.1% of total cases). Today 8,749 molecular swabs and 5,547 rapid antigenic swabs were performed, of which 3.7% were positive. On the other hand, 7,016 subjects tested today (with antigenic and / or molecular swab, excluding control swabs), of which 7.5% were positive. The currently positive are 11,580 today, + 0.8% compared to yesterday. The hospitalized are 472 (12 more than yesterday), of which 53 in intensive care (6 more). There are 2 new deaths: 2 men, with an average age of 90.5 years, in the province of Grosseto. These are the data – ascertained at 12 noon today on the basis of the requests of the National Civil Protection – relating to the progress of the epidemic in the region.
