LARCIN They paid for natural gas but not gasoline

They are suspected of having stolen 15,500 euros of fuel to the detriment of a company between October 2021 and February 2022. Six suspects were arrested by the gendarmes at Thiviers (Dordogne) and the surrounding area, this Tuesday. Four of them were subsequently placed in custody view, reports South-West.

According to the investigation carried out by the soldiers of the company of Nontron, they would have taken advantage of the the particular configuration of a service station to help yourself to fuel without paying. Their ploy: switch to the shop in order to obtain a badge giving access to natural gas but also to fill up with petrol or diesel without being noticed. They then went back to the store to pay only for the gas.
