The Endowment and Minors Affairs Foundation in Dubai announced that it is working on implementing new endowment projects at a cost of 148 million dirhams, and has drawn up designs for three other endowment projects.
The Secretary-General of the Foundation, Ali Al-Mutawa, said that the new projects vary between villa complexes and endowment buildings to serve health and education banks, care for women and children, and water hope.
He explained that among the projects being implemented are the Al Qasimi Heirs of Al Qasimi Endowment Villas Complex “Watering Al-Amal 2” in Rashidiya, the “Health Endowment” villas complex in Al Bida, and the Salama Saeed Jawhar Endowment building in Al Daghaya. And the labor accommodation building in Muhaisnah.
He stated that the new projects will be completed in stages, starting from the last quarter of this year, and until the end of January 2023.

He pointed out that the list of endowment projects that have been designed are the shops of the Khalifa Al-Tajer Mosque in the Port Said area, a waqf in the Al-Daghaya area, and another villa in the Nad Al-Hamar area.
He added that new endowment projects are being studied, ranging from the construction of residential villa complexes or residential and commercial buildings for space endowment lands, or demolition and reconstruction projects for old buildings that have expired, in addition to conducting economic feasibility studies to establish commercial stores, explaining that they are currently being prepared. Technical conception and preparation of the estimated cost and economic feasibility study for the mentioned projects.
The Foundation for Endowments and Minors Affairs completed the implementation of 12 endowment projects during the period between 2018 and this year, which varied between mosque endowments and endowment, educational and humanitarian buildings, which were built from donations, compensation and reconstruction funds.
