Eleazar “N” was arrested in Mexico City for allegedly having beaten, bitten and tried to strangle his girlfriend Stephanie Valenzuela , but his legal situation will be defined at the next hearing in approximately two months, during which time the actor must remain in prison.
It was his lawyer, Froylán Díaz Elizalde, who explained that the 34-year-old histrion remains in the North Prison with a preventive prison and is accused of the crime of Equalized Family Violence, due to the relationship he had with the Peruvian model.
Díaz Elizalde stressed that Eleazar is “scared” and “uneasy” since he was admitted to the capital penitentiary, but is awaiting the resolution of his case in the coming months.
“He is scared, restless. He is in prison, a person who should not be there for x or y, but he is there, “ said the defender bluntly in an interview with the Venga la Alegría program.

According to Froylán Díaz Elizalde, Eleazar’s trial could lead him to spend several years in jail, although he predicts that he will only remain in that place for six months.
“For the crime, it is from one to six years, but you are lowered to the average and you can leave on bail or with protection. In the worst case, he could spend up to six months in the North Prison ”, he stated.
He mentioned that the testimonies of other former partners of Eleazar could not worsen the case until they are presented to the Mexican authorities and if it is done formally, the situation should be evaluated to know if they are still valid.
Froylán Díaz Elizalde stressed that the Mexican justice has been cruel against Eleazar “N” because he is a public figure: “The law is protecting women a lot, it is more if he were not who he is, if he were not a famous person he would not be in Reclusorio they would not even have started the investigation in the Public Ministry ”.

As the hours progressed, it was learned that the attack occurred in the Valenzuela department, located in the Naples neighborhood, and just after a romantic evening between the couple in which they even thought of getting married.
“What I understand, and from what the neighbors told me, is that cries for help were heard in the apartment. Until my sister ran away from him because he bit her face and hanged her . Some time later, my sister went down the stairs and the neighbors told me that she came down half naked and they helped her, they put a gown on her and later the police arrived, ”the model’s brother told the program Venga la Alegría .
Eleazar “N” was admitted to the North Prison in Mexico City and linked to the process, so he will have to continue his process in prison until his legal situation is decided in his next hearing in two months.
Stephanie Valenzuela spoke about what she suffered last week: “I fully trust the Mexican justice system, I have shown that they can give us all the security to safeguard our integrity (…) I am only going to let justice take its course. I cannot give more statements because there is a hearing and it is my lawyer who is going to take care of that ”.
