The developer and publisher miHoYo has revealed all the details on the 2.0 version of Genshin Impact, including the release date: July 21, 2021. The massive update has been called “The Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia” and will transport players in a completely new region: Inazuma. It is a vast territory dominated by Electro Archon, which has a completely different fauna from the others, as well as an autonomous culture.
The update will also introduce the cross-save function between the PC, PS4, PS5, Android and iOS versions. So after installing it, you can start playing on one platform and continue on another from the same spot you left off.
Also released a new trailer, which you can find at the head of the news, which shows the region of Inazuma.
Among the other innovations introduced by the 2.0 version of Genshin Impact, there will be three new playable characters, belonging to the new area: the five-star Kamisato Ayaka, strong and elegant girls, highly appreciated during the beta testing phase; Yoimiya, another five-star character, a Pyro archer, expert in fireworks, also known as the Queen of the Summer Festival; Sayu, 4-star ninja armed with Anemo Vision and a two-handed sword. Also introduced new bosses, the Pyro Hypostasis, the Perpetual Mechanical Array.
