A head case was initiated on official forgery with damage of 24.5 million rubles during the execution of a state contract against the head of the customer service of the Ministry of Construction of the Khabarovsk Territory. This was reported on Tuesday, July 6, regional prosecutor’s office…
It is noted that the head of the regional state institution “Customer Service of the Ministry of Construction of the Khabarovsk Territory” signed acts on the acceptance of actually outstanding work on the installation and commissioning of medical equipment for the building of the anti-tuberculosis dispensary being built.
As a result of the actions of the head, 24.5 million rubles were unnecessarily spent. Based on the results of the prosecutor’s check, a criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 292 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Service forgery”, specified in the department.
The investigation of the criminal case is under control at the prosecutor’s office of the Khabarovsk Territory.

Earlier on June 24, the general director of the Respect-SM company, Alik Aleksanyan, was accused of fraud worth 60 million rubles during the construction of the Vostochny cosmodrome.
According to the source, Aleksanyan does not admit guilt in fraud during construction and installation work at the cosmodrome in the Amur Region.
It is also specified that Aleksanyan’s deputy was taken into custody, his criminal case is also connected with embezzlement during the construction of the Vostochny cosmodrome.
