In the industrial district of Marghera Venice (Italy), an explosion occurred at a chemical plant of the company 3V Sigma SpA. As a result of explosion at the enterprise there was a fire and black smoke covered the city, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to Browser.
As reported in the Twitter of the local rescue service, residents are not encouraged to leave their homes and close Windows in the home.
“The explosion and subsequent fire at the chemical plant in Marghera, there are eight teams of rescuers”, – stated in the message.
The newspaper la Repubblica reported two victims in the factory. It is also noted that in the region because of the fire there is a risk of toxic emissions.
