Confirming the information from the regional daily Paris Normandie, the prosecutor’s office in Le Havre has withdrawn in favor of the Interregional Specialized Jurisdiction (Jirs) of Lille, specified the public prosecutor of Le Havre, Bruno Dieudonné.
